We offer Mental Health and Wellbeing services which are designed to upskill and empower your leaders and workforce in the core management areas of mental health and wellbeing.
Many of the organisations we support tell us that they are seeing increasing numbers of mental health-related absences, more complex employee wellbeing challenges, and growing expectations on managers to support staff effectively.
Whilst Occupational Health plays an important role in helping organisations manage health-related issues when they arise, many employers are also looking at how they can build greater confidence, capability and resilience across their workforce.
All our training and coaching is delivered online by Polly Joseph, an experienced Learning, Development & Wellbeing professional who has both lived experience of mental health challenges and over five years of MHFA experience.
MHFA stands for Mental Health First Aid. It is an internationally recognised, evidence-based training program that teaches people how to identify, understand, and provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health crisis or declining mental wellbeing. Much like traditional physical first aid, the goal is not to diagnose or treat, but to provide immediate, non-judgmental assistance and to safely signpost the person to professional help and appropriate support services.
If you are not sure which of these services will be best for your organisation please contact us for a no-obligation free chat to help us to best understand and meet your needs in these key areas.
